I help clients to transform how the collective action and decisions could be transformed to become responsive to quick changes in the environment.

I help to transform one meeting as well as the whole system of meetings by facilitating meetings myself as well as teaching internal people to become sociocratic/holacratic facilitators.

  • what has to be spoken and decided in the group collectively and

  • what does not need to be decided in the group and better be delegated.
